18" - 19" Change

Hi,

Picking up an 02 M3 on Friday and have requested that the garage change the 18" to the 19". Is there anything I need to consider such as changes to the onboard computer to account for the change in wheel size or lowering of the suspension?

Advice would be greatly appreciated.

The change from 18" to 19" should maintain the same circumference (if you are going original wheels and tyre sizes).

You might also want to let your insurance company know that you've changed the wheels too (crazy, I know!) ... some of them are very pernickity when it comes to options... others are more relaxed. But the last thing you'd need is them stalling over a claim because you changed the wheels!
