CS or normal m3 alloys?
Discussion
Hi,
I'm about to purchase a M3 with the choice of nearly brand new 19” CS alloys (800miles) or normal m3 19" alloys (20,000 miles).
Can’t really choose between the two?
Any thoughts?
What would be your preference?
And is it right the CS alloys are lighter than the normal 19"?
Final question. Looking at the finish on the CS alloys I’d say they'd be harder wearing than the normal m3 alloys? The finish on the normal ones looks like it could be susceptible to pitting? Am I right?
Thanks in advance Matt

CS and CSL rears have the same part number.
The CSL fronts are a different part number and are wider, which also makes them heavier.
Whichever way around the CS/CSL wheels will be more sought after in the future. And are easier to repair if kerbed.
