hi all about to look at a 02 m3 black coupe,the car is fully loaded smg with satnav with 19s but the service history is only been stamped upto 30000mls it has now done 53000 says its serviced by indie regularly but not stamped on this basis what would the car be worth? or should i keep searching? any advice greatly appreciated!

I would keep searching. If he's trying to sell the car, why hasn't he gone to the indi that did the servicing and had the book stamped up.

It's a buyers market for M3s, between Pistonheads classifieds and Auto Trader there's loads of them, so there's no need to compromise on a car with missing service history.

Does he have the bills? Srervice stamps are less important that all of the associated bills, showing what has actually benn done and how much the parts plus labour cost. Service stamps mean so little and tell you even less.

Seller can't afford to get a car like that serviced properly then he can't afford the car and what else has been scripmed on?!
