Air Intake for Mcoupe

I am looking to install an air intake to my S reg Z3 Mcoupe...Any suggestions? there so many around..K&N, BMC, Pipercross...has anyone had any experience with these..is it worth spending 200Gbp on getting one istalled? at least I hope it will sound better..

Is BMC the best around?
