Got several options here :

Tubi : Not convinced of the sound, fecking expensive

Milltek : Just fecking expensive

Supersprint : Not heard one on an M3, but if its anything like the one Phatgixers CSL then fecking awesome, still quite expensive

Scorpion : Fairly cheap, no idea how it would sound, bit of a gamble, had one on the E36 which was really good

Eissman : Can get it at trade, but not convinced it sounds great, can't spell it, when people ask what exhuast it is you have to try and convince them you don't have a Nazi war criminal as an exhaust.

Or a Rouge Diablo one from the states, sounds absolutely awesome in the clips, but means importing and the gamble about whether its any good or not

.. hmmmm scratchchin

ive been wondering about this too.
seems to me theres a bit of high pricing going on.i know tubi's are expensive and i guess some of the others too,but there doesnt seem to be much below £500 apart from scorpion and the one thats listed on ebay quite often(looks nice but how do you know what its like?).
having had TVR's etc, like yourself, most thing were quite expensive but exhausts not bad, whereas everything(well nearly) for the M3 seems daft money.

Anyway how tou finding the M3 after you Tiv?
mike.

Vixpy some useful clips here : www.klangford.com/gallery.asp

I bought a second hand Miltek (cat back) recently, it sounds nice, gets rid of the "M3 rasp" it's not particularily loud, and doesn't boom too much in the car, I use the M3 as a daily driver so I am happy with the sound compromise, but if you are after more noise then I think Eisenman race, or Supersprint would fit the bil.

AC Schnitzer have a system that turns the hairdryer-sounding inline 6 into an angry booming monster.

can't find a decent video; sounds good IRL though.

Ground zero for anyone shopping for a BMW exhaust. Great quality, good sound and they last a damn long time.

I found the exhaust sound at hot idle very satisying. Maybe you're not driving it hard enough

I love the look of the standard exhaust, but want more sound. Has anyone tried just the 100 cell cats with the standard back box? Presumably there's more benefit in power doing this rather than the BB?

Don't discount blueflame either.

Supersprint or Schnitzer are usually rated the best for the e36. Scorpion big loud and boomy. Fine if there is a decent amount of chav in you but could do you head in.
