afternoon all, this is my first time in the BMW section so please bare with me

walking through town today i spotted this M3 http://users.autoexposure.co.uk/class

previously ive had 2 elises and the open top appeals to me but ive never owned a beemer

now i know from the lotus section that loads of people post topics saying 'should I or what should i get'

but i wanted to hear your opinions on it as the price seems good compared to PH classified ones

BTW they told me on the phone it has a full service history and the miles seem low for that year

seems tidy all round and has good tyres and alloys on it

any points i should look out for in buying it would be gratefully recieved

this will be a second car and merely a weekend plaything, is that good or bad for them

thanks in advance for any replies thumbup

Thats a 1995 E36 3.0. That is 25% overpriced at £8000, around 280bhp. It is more reliable than the 3.2 in terms of VANOS issues (it has a single one, not dual); also it is less likely to throw a conrod. But for that money you can pickup a 1998 E36 3.2 with <100,000 miles.
