Hi All,

Managed to wear the bushes in the gear linkage on my M3 and am considering a quickshift kit to replace the standard linkage.

Question is which one to go for - I understand from my local specialist that there are loads on the market so has anyone got one?

Any help and advice appreciated.

Cheers

Simon

Contact UUC and go for an Evo 3 shift with DSSR. I would also suggest getting some Adjustable Rear Control Arms too, these will make your car so much better to drive.

UK dealer is www.regal-auto.co.uk

Based in Southampton.

There are loads on the market and some are better than others, i've fitted most and the best I have found is the Rogue Octane, I use one on my racer and have sold a fair few to other racers, it's a really positive and short throw and gets rid of all the slack in the standard one, fairly pricey but discounts can be had if you know who to talk to

Personally I wouldn't touch any of the stuff on ebay unless it's from a reputable supplier and is a decent make, UUC are supposedly ok, most of the racers I know have the Rogue or the B&M as they're track proven, and if it's for a track car then you need something proven IMO, buy cheap pay twice and all that.
