Replacement rear screen
Discussion
Not too bad to do,the hardest part is starting the zip off without it coming undone. The first one I ever did was a bit of a bugger, but after a few hundred of them they can be done in 30 mins.
Patients is needed.
Tip-when you start the zip off, after an inch or so put a line of super glue down where you have done it upto, and wait for it to dry-this will stop it coming undone and following you.
Tip-once in place and zipped in-put some evostick under each corner of the fabric-this stops it coming out and also helps the fabric slide in under the screen(from the outside.
Tip-when feeding the fabric under-make sure you push from the inside to counter act the pressure your putting on from the outside-this will stop you going through the zip

Another tip, the little bit of material that the zipper threads over as it starts the zip gets frayed and hard to thread through, I drop a small bit of superglue on it and crimp it flat with a pair of pliers and trim it with a knife.
Try it normally first but if it starts fraying give that a go.
