Hi - I'm after the above. I'm 6`3".

My previous cars were a Boxster S & TVR T350 Targa. Presume they're all roughly the same size on the inside.

Think i'll be ok?

PS - anyone know where a good place to get one from is? I'm based in Richmond.

Thanks!

Hi

Take a look at www.z3mcoupe.com. There are a couple of owners in the Richmond area. They may let you try it out for size if you ask nicely. One guy that I know owns one is 6'5"!

Depends on how much you want to spend. If money is no object then Hexagon always have nice low mileage cars at very high prices. Otherwise look on piston heads or autotrader.

my mate has a z3m coupe and i'm 6'2 and could'nt get comfy in it.
the problem is that the steering wheel is huge and the pedals are
very tight together.
great car though,we got 170mph out of it on the autobahn on the way
to the ring this year!

I don't know if this is too late, but I am 6'1". Long body short legs and my coupe is very comfortable. Drove it to and round Italy for three weeks full of holiday kit, and never once felt uncomfortable even with a slipped disc. When I was looking to buy one, one vendor was at least 6'3" and a scaffolder, but did not look big in the car. I found the driving position odd at first, felt very upright, but soon got used to it. Drive one and see, you'll never be disappointed

I've had 3 of them, 2 from 1999 and one from late 2001(S54 with DSC3) just sold it yesterday they are realy great cars and you can adjust the seats elektronicaly in hight too! too you must not be longer then 1.85 I'm 1.81mtr myself and have some space left also depends on do you have a longer upperbody?
when your short you can even lay the backpart down a bit but indeed when your a tall guy you need to put the seat in the most back way and then your back is against the wall and thats why you sit upright otherwise you could adjust that too.

I'm possibly up to my 4th M coupe...wait and see its gona be something even more special then my rare S54 Z3 M coupe..its a bit older thou but the conversion is newer thats done in 2002 its a Hartge official only one made in 5.0L V8 yummie and scary hehe

Waited a long time since I saw the first Hartge 4.7 coupe in 1999 wich costed more then 120.000,-euro back thenyikes also a one of.

The one I get has the 5.0L V8 only one made and official Hartge Z3 Coupe 5.0 also on paper so it also have its own chassisnumber is that cool or whatyes the owner says to me its to scary to drive in when its cold or dampy, it just has to much NM 510 standard at low revs but it has a bit more HP then the articles says they say 430ps now but when its 400ps? its fun toohehe its a beast, so hope its not gona snow in Germany on Friday thats the day it will arive here...can't wait! but have too.
