E46 M3 SMG clutch wear!!!!

I can only fear the worst but maybe soomeone here has good news for me.
My 53 smg clutch seems a little slow on grabbing hold when pressing along at an enthusiastic rate and the punch in the back feel is not quite how it was. I bought the car last August from a local BMW main agent and the car has 38,000 miles on it now (I've done 8000 of them).
From this i assume that the clutch is on its way out and was wondering (hoping/praying) I could get this sorted under warranty.

I'm sitting down, hit me with it.........How much or free?

Suggest you have a look at this thread on BM3W, applies more to the CSL, but sounds similar to the problem your experiencing.
