M4 F82- Turbo whistle?
Discussion
Have owned my F82 M4 since September last year, thankfully I paid a premium to buy it used approved from a BMW main dealer.
Over the last week I have noticed there is a whistle sound which sounds as best I can describe like a dentist drill, it is only present between 2-2500rpm which usually occurs on motorways at 70mph cruising speed.
A couple of mates following me have also reported a very occasional puff of smoke but it's rare and hard to replicate that.
The car is showing no oil usage of note
Im assuming that they are signs of the turbo's on the way out and I have booked it into BMW for an inspection under warranty but i'd be grateful if anyone has encountered the same and what the outcome was?
Thanks
