BMW Surrey in Leatherhead seem to have a good reputation.

I've never used them but my sister took her Mini there and was impressed, but then she found someone more local to her in Sutton.

It's a bit of a trek for you but I found RBM Hampshire in Hook soon after Ross opened for business in 2019 after 15 years at Sytner and since then I haven't taken my BMWs anywhere else. He has done an Inspection 2 on my Z4M and replaced the crank rod bearing shells as well as bearing shells on a group buy by E90 M3 owners on M3 Cutters.

He does have a couple of loaners which makes life easier too - I wouldn't go anywhere else.

There is Ormiston BMW who is based between Tolworth and Surbiton that is a M specialist, I believe he used to be the former Master Tech for Coopers.

Used him many times in the past to look after my E39 M5 when I lived locally.

I know of someone in Kingston that uses Classic Heroes due to their pedigree.

Also, there’s BMR in Turner’s Hill. Neither of which are close to you, sorry!

I've heard their reputation was in the sewers over the past couple of years, have they improved of late?

There are some pictures elsewhere of a CSL they allegedly 'restored', I say 'CSL' an E9 Sieve would be more apt.

I am based in KIngston.

I use Ultimate Velocity in Aldershot, 40 minute drive but they are brilliant.

Have also used BMS in Leatherhead as well as Munich Power in Redhil but UV is my choice
