Any ideas guys when this will be announced?, I would try for one as this Hybrid crap is not for me.
I might be being thick but I'm not sure I understand the question? Isn't the current M5 Comp the last non-hybrid one? Surely the next one will absolutely be a mild hybrid? No point developing a brand new combustion motor to move the game on, just twiddle with the current one and add some mild hybrid tech to boost performance and meet emissions.MDifficult said:

I am looking at when the last of these will be produced, then I will buy the last one of them.JMBMWM5 said:

Respectfully, why? You’ve already had a few of them and they are all much of a muchness really with small incremental Improvements. The next hybrid assisted M5 will still have a V8, so not like a downsize…… just a shed more power and more of the same. May as well just hang on for one of the new ones. Not like the current car is last of its ilk “lightweight manual, rwd, n/a, etc”. Think the next M5 will likely continue with the restrained conservative look and will be the stand out car along side the brands other pig ugly creations. Great car the F90 M5, but it will soon be yesterdays new imo when the new car is launched.garystoybox said:

Not a fan of having to fill with Petrol AND Charge the thing up, EV will only be a stop-gap for a few years then be worthless secondhand, they are not eco friendly at all.JMBMWM5 said:
