I hope this doesn't offend anybody and in particular the owner of the car if he uses this site.

I have an office in a shared building and one of the other occupants is now on his 3rd M5 Comp.

Arriving at the office today I noticed that the said person is now in a new M5 Comp and his previous one is up as an AUC car. £30k in 7 months is savage by any means!

My guess would be either short-term leases or PCP.

All car manufacturers are desperate to shift big expensive metal at the moment so I bet they’re throwing deals at him that get him in a new one at the same monthly cost.

Either that, or maybe he’s in the trade - or a friend or family member is?

Not really, he likely got £25k discount from new. Still don’t understand keep buying the same car though. When I’m board with the one I’ve got I’d rather switch it for something different. Maybe he’s searching for happiness in life via retail therapy?
