BMW Inclusive service
Discussion
When I bought my m240i, I got service inclusive. I am sure is limited to 3 years but unsure whether it has a mileage cap. The car is going to be 3 years in April and only 1700miles from second (major) service (oil, spark and air- and micro- filter change), the one that costs about £700.00. I am sure I would do the 1700 miles before April. I phoned Stratstone today and I was told by a lady that all are covered irrespective of mileage as far as it s before the end of April? Is that the case?
3 years or 36k miles was the service pack I had in 2017 and I assume was still around in 2018 when your car was new. It had just dropped from 5 years or 50k
I did the mileage nearly 20k a year so benefited from the second big service.
I think if you go to Bmw service website , input registration and add miles it will confirm by saying you have a service pack.
I don’t believe it would say they if you imput a mileage higher than 36k.

I input 39000 miles and it shows 'service park included' and I was able to get to booking the second big service. So I should be good to book next month I did the mileage nearly 20k a year so benefited from the second big service.

If your car is coming up to 3 years old it is likely to have a 36SP pack which is limited to 3 years and 38,000 miles. The service has to be due within about 1200 miles to carry out under the pack.
If it is a 3 year pack, this will not include the Brake Fluid Service or Vehicle Check Service, but these are not too costly.
You need to ask which specific pack your car has.

It’s not a massive cost. But isn’t your “vehicle check” due ,mine was due at same miles my second oil service was due. Just less than 36k.
It meant for my 299£ I had two oil services and vehicle check : a big saving
Mine just reached 35000 and says oil change due in 1700 miles. I know it would start flashing service due from 1000 miles downward. Hopefully next monthIt meant for my 299£ I had two oil services and vehicle check : a big saving
