New M4 Comp or 2 yr Old M4CS?
Discussion
As mentioned in another thread, there are some great deals out there on pre-reg delivery mile M4 Competitions and I'm tempted.
However, it raises a question - new (pre-reg) M4 Comp or two year old M4CS?
M4CS is roughly £6k-ish more however residuals will be most likely be better and overall 'cost of ownership' will be less?
Thoughts?

100% CS
Competition car is very nice but pre -regs are around 50k and cars 2 years older are low 30s.
At least the CS is more special with the bonnet and styling and wheels etc.
Also CS will be pre ppf so sounds better. CS will depreciate but like to think not quite as hard as a normal comp.

Personally, I'd go for the CS if you can find a decent one.
I think it'll always command a premium over the standard Comp car.
Agreed I'd go for the CS, but why would you have trouble finding decent one they are all in warranty still anyway, there was a 10k miler at BCA for 46k a couple of weeks ago. I think it'll always command a premium over the standard Comp car.
What will you be using the car for?
I had the same dilemma a while back and borrowed both cars for 48 hours. I do 18-20k miles a year and decided that although the CS is more fun and makes a better noise I couldn't do without the comforts of the competition pack.
If I did 10k miles or less it would have been the CS but I went for the competition. I got a 3 month old car for 37k which wasn't bad value at all.

That’s a very good deal. What’s the best way to search, I can look on BMW.co.uk but is there anywhere else I should be looking?
