Working in a shop

Basic question, my wife is going for an interview for work in a shop, a typical clothing retail outlet on the high street, what kind of hourly rate should she expect for working on a Saturday? she is experienced marketing manager but due to the two kid syndrome has had to give up her career and now is resorting to any part time work she can get...childcare costs outway a full time job.

Any advice?

Not a clothing shop but when I worked for Asda's years ago I left on £6.90p/h & I just put out fruit & veg.
