Help with online graduate job application...
Discussion
Hi,
I'm currently completing an online application for a graduate role at a large firm. As part of the application there are a number of 'getting to know you' type questions, including the following three:
1) What aspect of your degree studies has inspired/challenged you the most? Please explain why
2) What aspect of your degree studies has inspired you the most? Please explain why
3) What aspect of your degree have you found most challenging? Please explain why
Too me it looks like somebody has cocked up when designing the form and either 1) should have been included or 2) and 3) should of been included.
Should I write an answer for 1) then split it in to two parts and expand to answer 2) & 3). This seems the the most logical thing to do, as I can't have 2 most inspiring/challenging experiences!
Has anybody on here had experience of recruiting using this type of application? How would you expect an applicant to answers the above questions?
