I used to run a small property renovation & maintenance business which involved multiple trades and equipment to get the various jobs done. I would do everything from the smallest jobs right up to major site construction and found that quality equipment and tools will never let you down. Quality tools & appearance say a lot about you as a tradesman and will go a long way to establishing credibility. I gradually expanded my hobbies of home theatre and cars into my repertoire & found that lots of busy people were happy for me to carry out basic car checks and maintenance. I’ve also installed numerous home theatre systems and found its these extra skills that keep you in demand and make you more that just a “chippy”. In today’s tough economic times its all about multiple skills and abilities to keep the customers happy and the money coming in. There’s a lot of expensive stuff here and the tools alone cost over 3 grand. There is a lot more that I haven’t listed simply because I don’t have the time to do an entire inventory and list every single screw variety, nut, bolt, hand tool and sundry. This lot is suited to someone looking to renovate or maintain properties and has a medium (Transit/Vivaro ) sized van to take it all and start making some decent money for a small outlay. Everything is here for you to do any aspect of construction to a home or property if you have the skills.
I’m not willing to split up the package and the buyer will have to bring a large van to collect everything, there’s simply too much to divvy up and post off separately.
I’ve advertised this locally and expect quite a bit of interest for the opportunity it offers.
Thanks and hope to hear from you soon !

layed : laid
caraer :career
and dont get me started on the grammar either.
the building trade will recover it is only a matter of time (how much time is another issue), mortgage rates are getting lower already and it will pick up, and house prices WILL be higher than ever within the next 5 years. there are more people coming into the country and there are less houses being built than are required. it is all a matter of time but this slowdown can only last so long.
