I've been with my current company (large multinational outsourcer) for a long time (10 years) now & despite having lots of different roles & some exciting times, it's all become a bit hum-drum of late. I'm currently a solution architect in Defense. However, I'm in a bit of a daze as to where I want to go next. Job satisfaction & me gaining new skills is most important thing.

Does anyone know any really good IT recruitment agents? I've dipped my toe in the market a few times via jobserve etc & in most cases, I've been less than impressed with the agent's I've spoken to.

Also, anyone got any CV writing tips/templates? I suspect I could do with mine re-vamping.

Cheers,
Alex

Very chancey time to be thinking of changing jobs.

All recruitment firms will be over you like a rash, though its probably only luck if they get you work.

I was going to say "Wanna swap?!", as I do Infrastructure/Solution Architect roles mainly in Banking and thought a change might be as good as a rest!!

But, seriously.....if you want a list of recruiters I've used / had contact with, just let me know (drop me an email via here). The last recruiter I dealt with has been one of the best I've encountered, so I'd be happy to pass his details on.
