WTD- ASP.NET Programmer

Birmingham- based firm (not that it really matters cause the work can be done remotely). The original designer/programmer has had to pull out of the project due to family circumstances. The design is 80% completed, but I need someone to stitch the front end design to the back-end asp.net application, test the site, develop some more functional pages, and deliver a working website.
Ideally this project would be placed with a suitable & qualified freelance programmer/designer, and I'd be looking to place the regular maintenance, updates etc with the same person also.
