Business Development Manager – Thames Valley/ M4/ Slough
ISS Security Group is a company totally dedicated to excellence, both in the quality of people we employ and the service we provide to our clients. Our portfolio of services splits into three main categories; manned security (guarding services), training services and special projects. All of this is carried out in a professional business to business services context.
As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for developing new contract opportunities and for nurturing existing business. You will be a key part of a new team, reporting to the Group Marketing Director and you will have the support of Telemarketing Executives.
You will have 5+ years experience of selling security or facilities management services contracts in West London, the Thames Valley and the M4 corridor. You will be able to demonstrate a successful track record right through the sales cycle, from lead generation through to tender preparation, bid presentation, negotiation and contract signature.
Basic salary circa to £30,000 plus company car, laptop, phone, with a realistic uncapped OTE of £40,000.
