Anyone here at Deloitte?

I used to be years ago, theres a potential job opportunity but im trying to work out if things have changed much, one thing im struggling to find is the pension % matching, plus the flexible allowance, the job will be assistant manager, possibly moving to manager after a while, but im not getting much back about the actual details, before I commit to spending the time applying I wondered if anyone here knows?

Signing in with another account.

I'm in the late stages of recruitment - I'm about to be offered a role at Senior Manager level - and I've been led to believe the pension situation is 6% employee, 12% employer.

The other perks, honestly I haven't spoken about them much because I nearly always do that when I'm offered the salary. That makes it easier to negotiate a higher number if needed IME.

Edit - what I didn't say, was I've been super impressed at the quality of people there. I've spoken to 2 Directors, 2 Partners, a Senior Manager and 1 Manager. All of them have been seriously on their game. Not just 'wow you're proper clever like' but actually decent humans too. I have a complex home situation with the kids, and that has simply not been an issue. In fact, I think its ended up being seen as a positive somehow.

Thanks all, ive spoken to a few people there, im not sure the job is quite what I was expecting from the job description so not going ahead but the people there were ok to speak to, just couldnt commit to anything - which you would expect,

I didnt manage to find out the full details, but the 6%/12% on the pension sounds about right, I didnt get a figure for the allowance, but as a non-manager its not that much, but steps up at each grade,

I work at another big four and our pension contributions are based on age. Check that out before you assume that it is a flat 12%.
