Yes, utterly unpredictable when they might need staff for their five day a week 08:30 to 17:00 (16:00 on Fridays and Saturdays) experience centre, utterly unpredictable. And that is why they obviously can only offer only a zero hours contract.

And businesses wonder why they struggle for applicants...
