Anyone worked for a Portugese organisation?

I have an interview at an organization which was fully owned by a Portugese entity and the staff in the UK office are from Portugal, now they have been taken over by a bigger firm ,the staff will be the same so will the culture.

Any ideas of how working with our European counterparts will be, I have worked with Koreans, Japanese ,Romanian and Indian organizations but in a collaborative way and not worked for them as an employee, so would welcome any cultural tips and do and donts etc

If anyone has worked with them please share your experience esp with regard to workplace culture

The only Portugese company for which people I know have worked is Tekever. They supply unmanned surveillance aircraft services to the Border Agency.
