I'd expect most, if not all, of them to record audio.

Go on, what've you done? Sexy phone call with the boss's missus? hehe

It depends on the circumstances.

For instance you must tell people that they are being recorded on the phone.

I'm just wondering why it would bother HAVE audio if it wasn't recording?

My management may consider it may be an invasion of my privacy if the calls were recorded. Most CCTV comes without sound ??

Read your contract.

Look for any official information either in your contract or subsequent email stating they can record your voice / image. If it says CCTV, how is that defined, is cabcam included? Does it state the company can use tracking / dash&cabcams etc….

But, if it can record, you should assume is it recording.

Good luck.

In view of this I would say it's likely, unless you know of any other reason you would be invited to a meeting.

It was fine ...Thanks for asking. It transpires our vans are linked up to record video not audio which was fine for my situation as in the end I only needed video evidence.

Thanks for your interest!!
