Any company can sack you at any time they want. Whether you are before or after the threshold is only relevant for certain claims, and then still you have to claim and go through the process. Have a look at the tribunal service website for stats for average payout and success rates. For some claims no service threshold applies. But still you have to claim whether it's a slam dunk or not. edc said:

I am sorry this happened to you, any half decent lawyer should have noted at the outset that sub 2 years you need discrimination or whistleblowing to generally bring a claim (there are a couple of exceptions of course)Jasandjules said:
