BPSS Check and self employeed

Hi, I have a job offer which requires BPSS Check. I have a question on employer reference.
My new employer knows that i did my last two contracts through my ltd company and they also aware of a 6 month work history gap. I have also told them about my end clients.
On the BPSS form, should i mention my ltd company name and provide my accountants reference or it is better to provide end client names and their HR contact details for reference?
