Solicitor to review Compromise Agreement?
Discussion
Don't suppose anyone has any recommendations for (or is) a solicitor to review a compromise agreement that's being offered instead of redundancy?
Mostly it's just to check if it's all standard clauses with no traps, but an idea of whether it's the going rate in this type of situation.
There's plenty of firms showing up on a search, but first hand experience is handy.
Thanks

I used these guys in 2021 for a settlement agreement when I was made redundant. I think a settlement agreement is the same as a compromise?
Can't remember how I picked them. Probably first hit on Google. In any case they were very efficient and I had no complaints.

Yes, these guys: https://people.legal
I used to work with the founder (I’m a lawyer) and have worked with/opposite them since.
Also, have a look on some of the threads here on how to get the best deal from your settlement.
Good luck.
