Sponsorship licenses, Frontier worker visas, what to apply?
Discussion
Hi we are trying to work out what type of visa we would need for a new employee we are trying to secure for our business.
We already have a sponsorship license however we think that this is for persons we are employing and living full time in the UK. We already employ some Indian nationals here in the UK but they are here permanently.
The EU citizen we are talking to would be working remote and coming to the UK around 5 working days per month. We would prefer to employ him directly rather than paying an invoice he may be able to send us.
I have tried to speak to immigration via our sponsorship license and the EU resolution centre but they are pretty useless at giving out any clear information and passing the buck.
Before we try and speak to an immigration lawyer, can anyone give some guidance?
