Outsourcing servicing and repair work

Unsure if this is the best place so apologies... I oversee general technical enquiries and our small team of site techs based in the south of England for a company that sells wash station style systems (think hole in the wall, soap, water, dryer).

We're seeing an increase in purchases / support requirements from further afield with quite a few sites in Scotland.

Im wondering if there is a company that offers outsourcing of this kind of thing? Have considered local plumbers / handymen but would prefer if they appeared to work for us rather than "petes plumbing" and would rather one point of contact like an agency rather than seeking out multiple plumbers.

How many units over how many locations?

Being Scotland, are they remote or closer to Towns/Cities?

A small Facilities Management company might be your best bet.

Have a look at Daisy Group. They certainly do similar for lots of field engineering - not sure if they cover plumbing
