Wanted: Auto Mechanic / Service Technician + Travel

Adventure is looking for you and your automotive knowledge. Road trip. 25 countries. 5 months. We need you, a skilled Auto Mechanic, to maintain the vehicles so that we may keep rolling.
You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and fixing four Land Rover Discovery 4 the course of four months. Maintain the cars to run at maximum reliability and functionality. You must be well-versed in complex mechanical or electrical systems of vehicles and have excellent problem-solving abilities. You must think ahead to anticipate any issues so they can be addressed.
Responsibilities
*Inspect vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately
*Inspect vehicle computer and electronic systems to repair, maintain and upgrade
*Conduct maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubricating parts etc.) aiming to vehicle functionality and longevity
*Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues (e.g. leaks)
*Keep logs on work and issues
*Maintain equipment and tools in good condition
Skills
*Certification from a vocational school or completion of apprenticeship is a must
*Proven experience as auto mechanic
*Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of vehicles
*Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods
*Ability to handle various tools and heavy equipment
*Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protections against accidents, dangerous fluids, chemicals etc.
*Diesel engines
*Alignment
*Mechanic experience
*Brakes
*Diagnostics
