National Grid Elec Tech?
Discussion
Evening All,
I have an interview for a position as an Electrical Tech with the National Grid. Just wondering if anyone could give any insight into the job itself or their interview process. My background is working in automotive factories/Oil and Gas but was thinking this could be a nice compromise of being relatively interesting without being away from home for weeks at a time. If anyone has any experience I would appreciate their thoughts.
Thanks

Electrical Tech could be all sorts
They have technicians on overhead power lines , underground cables , pylons, office based electrical designers etc.
