I believe I know someone who is a Co-Dependent of a Narcissist

He's employed by the narcissist. Accommodation on site in a caravan.
We have tried to help him get out with a job elsewhere with a flat but he lasted less than a week and is back.
What is the best route to go down to break this abusive relationship?

There's an awful lot of information missing here and it's not clear from your post the nature of the relationship that exists.
Is it a romantic relationship? Is it just an employee/employer relationship...both?
What's your evidence - why do you think what you do? What type of abuse is in play here?
