What to do next?

How do you figure out what to do next? or where to go?

Current job is OK, pay is OK, but I don't really know where it's going. There is no route to progress any further, at least at the moment and to be honest I don't feel like there is much more to achieve. I've developed a load of new stuff, worked out all the processes and how to do it and I'm kinda not interested now in just repeatedly administering it. I don't want to drive down further down this niche.

But really struggling with what to do next. It's quite concerning. There is a company I think I'd like to work for and they're on a hiring spree, and they're based close to where I currently work, but I look at every job ad they put out (multiple a day) and I just think "I can't do any of these things". I feel a bit of a "jack" when everyone seems to be looking for a "Master".

I don't know whether to stay where I am (Automotive) or try move over to another sector (Like Power, O&G maybe or even learn to code!). Or even take this as an opportunity to move abroad for a bit.

How do you figure this stuff out? besides endlessly scrolling job listings in the hope something may pop out at you?
