Start-up banking / lending, what offshore options?

Hi all,

Due to a recent change in my personal circumstances - and having lived and worked abroad for almost a decade previously - I’m looking for my next adventure. Location unimportant; previous assignments have been in Prague, Belfast, Bonn, Dublin, Saudi so really not fussed.

42 next month
No dependants
Can

Have been a founder member of 2 non-bank property lenders
Secured institutional funding lines for both
Skilled across finance, strategy and operations
Worked in regulated environments including household names
Done the challenger bank “thing” in hyper growth settings
Dabbled in Sharia lending (far from an expert, but opens up the ME)

Any pointers would be much appreciated.
