Working at Rolls Royce cars?
Discussion
Don't work there but have been there a few times and know a few that do. They all enjoy it and staff turnover seems low (which is usually a good sign). I'd happily work there if I was local.
This is on the engineering side. Not sure about production / build.
Very decent BMW staff car scheme too.

Have worked there, albeit a long time ago. Which bit are you looking to work in given it's not just the manufacturing facility at Goodwood (engineering, quality, finance, marketing, etc).
I would be interested in manufacturing and engineering. From what I have seen, most of the hands on work is controlled by an agency so not employed directly by RR and the more senior positions are done through BMW (Obviously).
They appear to run graduate schemes looking through the BMW portal, I did look a while back at working there but never actually went into application. I have 2 friends who work there. One in the Leather Shop and one as a painter. I know the chap in the leather shop is employed by an agency but not sure about the painter.
