My current employer is going to give a bonus 2 days holiday to anyone who achieves the 20 year milestone, but not to those who have already passed. Is this even legal?
Thanks

Entirely legal, but not very reasonable. Have you asked about the thinking behind this? Thanks

Not sure about that as they will need to demonstrate that is reasonable for all employees, no matter what age they were taken on at, to be able to achieve the 20 years and gain the benefit. are you absolutely certain that all employees get the same holiday entitlement currently?
Maybe they are just bringing up to standard those that are newer into the business than you, and that you have even more than those that complete 20 years.
Maybe they suffer from poor staff retention
