Recommendation for HR Employment specialist Midlands area?

Sadly with the loss of business during lockdown & knock on effect going forward we are having to consider loosing a couple of members of staff for the first time in over 30 years of business.

Never having been in this position before we want to ensure that we do things by the book & pay everything that is due to the staff members that maybe in the unfortunate position of loosing their jobs.

Any recommendations for a preferably Midlands based company we could employ the services of to do things the correct way at a sensible cost pls?

I would suggest you speak to a solicitors firm and take it from there.

I can't give you a Midlands based person but I know a firm (I do their Tribunal work) called Kingfisher HR based in Sudbury, Suffolk. Her knowledge seems pretty good.
