Is it Unix or Windows based Infrastructure? Also, what industry?

Not interested, but for clarification do you mean IT or physical infrastructure (utilities, highways design etc)

Surely the latter is a civil engineer? Certainly I've never heard a role outside of IT referred to as 'Infrastructure Engineer'

Occasionally one may be required to plug power into things, so presumably it's a similar skillset!
