Is The Reputation Brand Worth It?

A friend has been offered an opportunity at a car plant in Gaydon, not JLR, & was asking me are all car plants the same & wandered if the brand blinds people to the stuff that goes on.

I said go for the interview & see what feeling he gets, any other advice you'd recommend?

Anybody actually work there who can give him a real feeling of what it's like. He's burnt a few times with we do x, y & z when non occurs & the retention rate only includes people who haven't left.
