I needed to do a report for my Masters about Employee Engagement and how the bosses are one of the key factors.

Surely most people know this?

If your boss is flexible and supportive (actually also some of the team) then you will still have the work to do but feel better doing it.

Whereas if your boss is a t**t who micro manages and doesn't support you, then it is time to leave...
