What's the best way to view available options?

So I'm drawing to the close of my Master's by research and I have begun looking at career opportunities. There are myriad graduate schemes and placements ranging from the enticing (£26k starting wage but highly competitive trial period with other hopefuls) to the ridiculous (3-6 month unpaid internships).

Is there anywhere I can view my options? I'm not sure how to separate the wood from the trees. I've arranged an appointment with my university's employment department for advice, but I thought I'd ask the ever-knowledgeable PH masses too. I'm not sure what I want to do, which is why I want to evaluate my available options.

Where do your interests lie?

You'll have to start homing in to what fires you up as if you're less than convincing during any application you will be discarded for someone who is. Good luck!
