Advice - Querying company after applying for job...

I applied for a job online the week before last, Customer service role but as I'm currently unemployed, hours and wage suit me very well...
On Wednesday I received a call asking me very brief questions as regards to why I applied for the role, she told me the salary again then asked me a couple of generic questions i.e. am I eligible to be employed in the uk...

The call went rather well, she then told me my cv will be passed on to a manager and they will be in touch soon...

If by Monday I haven't heard, will it be seen as pestering if I email the company asking if my application will be going further?...

Its terrible waiting for a promised response and iv been let down from companies before...

I'd give it a bit longer, barely any time has gone by. A week on Monday, perhaps, not this coming Monday.
