Technical IT recruiter-gov-defence

we are looking to add a technical IT recruiter into our team, someone who has been an IT engineer or has good IT background and understands terminologies that our customers use.
we are a large Defence/gov Biased IT consultancy firm running major managed services into many of the GOV/MOD/NATO accounts,the reason for recruiting is that we currently use a couple of agencies and this is drastically cutting into our margins , most our contractors are on anything from 400-1000 per day. all our staff are SC or DV cleared.
you will be SC clearable,we will put you through this aslong as you;re willing.
we want somebody ideally based in the northwest and in commutable distance of our new office in north wales/chester area.
Most of our work is done in the south and in the deployed arena's.
your day will be mixed, from searching for candidates within our own pool of contractors to placing adverts, you will also be required to drum up new business in other vertical markets.
This is a full time permanent position and the salary base pay is negotiable with an uncapped OTE.
