Anyone work for JCB?

Just wondering what they're like to work for really, came across their graduate schemes, the idea of working on large plant engine, drivetrain design etc... or the electrical/electronics side is rather appealing.
I'm qualified in electrical engineering but would rather be working on powertrain systems to be honest as that's my actual passion and would take to it well.

The graduate positions are extremely well planned and hugely beneficial to the grad. They give you a massive amount of training and experience in all aspects of JCB before settling you into your chosen area.
I was not a grad when I joined, but thouroughly enjoy it. Dont be fooled though, they expect alot! Hard work, long hours, lots of stress and sleepless nights (for me anyway). But they pay well (above my industry average) and the opportunities are huge. They have factiries all over the world, offices in fantastic places and all those places are open to you should you decide to go.
I am currently putting myself forward for a 3 year stint in Inida. Not everyones cup of tea, but the packagae for ex pats is good and will allow me to save money, as well as living like a king while you are there. I have already been all over the world with them.
They are expanding at a massive rate (no borrowed money to do this) both in the UK and globally.
The only problem some people have is the fixed holidays (all staff). 1 week at X Mas, 1 week in MAy, 3 weeks in August and 1 week in October usually. I like it, it allows planning and means when you return after 3 weeks off, you do not have any e mail and the "blame game" has not been happening while you are away. It makes holidays much less stressful!!
