Hi all
It has been quietly mentioned that I would be a good candidate for a new internal vacancy at work and can meet 90% of the criteria.
The one area I am lacking in is an understanding of Project Portfolio Management. I have spent the last few days with Google, reading whatever information I can find and at least have a good grasp of what it is and why it is implemented.
Can anyone on here give any recommendations for resources that I may not have come across yet, either books or web sites?
