Data Centre Management - Where to look?

So, I have two related issues and having been out of the active job market for a few years, i'm not sure where to look, some pointers would be useful
Firstly, my role has expanded greatly over the last few years and I cannot find anything comparable to market match my salary. Nor can my HR function and we are a very large corporate with a biiiig HR function. HR are guessing at what my salary should be, and judging by market matching roles for my directs and 2-downs and their salaries, I think they've made a horlicks of it.
Secondly, I have been in the same company 15 years. The work/life balance is good and that is very important to me. I have two young kids and I can take them to and drop them off 50% of the time. I can wfh when I like, normally a min of 1 day a week and the office is only 15 mins drive away anyway. Yes, on the days when i'm not doing school runs I go in early to talk to my folks in the east and/or stay late to talk to folks in the west, but I do it to suit me and although its chaotic, you can see how it works for everyone. My kids are happy, i'm happy and my folks around the globe are happy as they are not forced to attend meetings that suit UK time.
Current r&r can be summarised as follows. Look after all white space/raised floors for the company, inc finance (capital and revenue) all direct and indirect staff. My staff do all the bAU adds/moves/changes/installs/migrations/demises, we also do the itil stuff (change/problem/incident) and all the project management of migrations and facility upgrades. Program manage new facilities, demises, disposals etc. Basically everything data centre related EXCEPT bau/day-to-day M&E, security, facilities, service operations.
Have staff/sites in 18 countries, four pairs of main data centres and 40+ smaller/local/regional/trading facilities.
Really cant find anything comparable, can only find roles involving managing one or two sites or PMing one or two migrations. Have been suggested role in smaller companies would be more akin to program directorship, but that hasnt shed any light either and the recruitment consultants I have spoken to don't get what I do....

You say you have worked for the same company for 15 years, but you /HR are querying the salary for a job you appear to be doing?
Apologies, I queried the pay, HR use a 3rd party to do market matching and create a median salary and neither HR or said 3rd party were able to, so they have matched me to the closest internal role in terms of budget, headcount global span etcYou say you have worked for the same company for 15 years, but you /HR are querying the salary for a job you appear to be doing?

I'd say 80k basic plus benefits so full package of 100k (inc pension) plus maybe another 10k discretionary bonus
That sounds quite reasonable, I have actually asked for 80k, the benefits package is quite good in terms of pension contribution, healthcare, even if stuff like car allowance isnt, so its very close to what I have asked. TedMaul said:
