Im waiting to hear back from a job interview, maybe im reading too much into this but the interview lasted a full hour, and at the end when i was leaving one of the interviewers said 'see you again', generic quote or possible good sign?

I sit in a small office of a fast growing company, and get to watch lots of interviewees going in and coming out.

Yes, 'see you again' is probably a good sign.

Usually thank you for your time etc.

The last time I was interviewed the fella said "I hope to see you soon" and I was offered the job 6 minutes after I left the interview.

I recently had "That's the best answer we've ever had." I find out Friday if I get through to the next round of selection.

Why does anyone end an interview not knowing the score? That part towards the end when they ask if you have any questions, ask some!

I once left an interview with the MDs parting words being "we will definitely be seeing you again" & still didn't get the job

So long as that answer wasn't to the question of how little you would be willing to accept.

Just be polite, send them an e-mail thanking them for their time............

Don't read to much into it, I've had interviews which went well and thought I nailed the job only to be let down.
Good luck though I hope you get the job.

But it's worth phoning up the employer first thing Monday you have nothing to loose just say you really want the job and would like feedback on how your interview went, its worked for me in the past.

Been through that scenario. Usually means you did very well only someone came along who did even better.
