Maybe it's just me but it sounds 'pissed off' and I'm not, it was a tough decision.

The wording of the letter doesn't matter that much and I'd say yours is fine.

If you want to stay on good terms tell your manager face to face what you wrote above, this is how you communicate that the decision was a difficult one.

Yeah, I plan to ask him for 5 mins in one of the meeting rooms and tell him face to face as I give him the letter.

It's always better to resign in person, then follow up with a formal resignation letter for your employment file.
